Living with Reduced Visibility

tasramar mountain fog Living with Reduced Visibility I believe the ability to live with reduced visibility may be a gift of years lived… that the need for clear visibility is reduced with wisdom and experience.

While my preference would be to have crystal clear vision and understanding of the path before me, I’ve come to realize it is far less common than one would expect.

So how are you living with reduced visibility? Is there clarity in some aspect of your life, like home or work and less in other areas like health?

How are you compensating… do you move slower, take more measured steps, spend more time in prayer and reflection?

Perhaps reduced visibility is a gift that slows us down and refines our focus. Perhaps it is a gift that we have missed. Thoughts?

This is a very interesting reflection. Perhaps clarity is not always what you want; reduced visibility gives you more freedom to test what is possible because you’re not so focused on what has been declared as probable. When everything is muddied, I start to ask questions and figure out what I was running so hard after – and if I still want to go in that direction.

Hmmm. Interesting feedback. I’m going to think about that!
