While visiting the University of Washington bookstore, I picked up two small gifts – one for my husband and one for my stepdad. The gifts are similar and yet completely different, but they both bring a smile to my face.
FYI: my husband graduated from Cal, my stepdad graduated from Stanford, I graduated from UW (purple/gold) which are the colors of the buttons!
I have to be honest about this challenge… I think I’ve got senioritis. Remember that from high school and/or college. As you near the end, rather than digging in deeper, you actually start to think about being complete and sometimes just want to go to the beach instead of showing up in class. So I’m not headed to the beach, but it’s been hard keeping up with the daily challenge with my travel to Seattle and nearing the end. Time to dig in deep and make the last 30 something days some of the best of the year!
