I've been enjoying and learning from your wonderful videos! Thank you so much! Just for the future- one suggestion. I am finding that the background music is 'cluttering" up the video! It is really annoying in the background! You are giving so much useful advice and speaking so clearly about it, that the music is just a distraction and makes it harder to focus in on what you are saying. I offer this suggestion with respect and admiration for your wonderful website! Again, thank you so much for the videos!

I loved the comment that uncluttering is not the same as decorating or organizing. The idea of reutilizing things and just having things that make you smile hit home after the above comment

Thanks Devin! It was fun getting my life uncluttered... perfect job for the new year. I've been able to keep it pretty much in order through the year too so that's even better!

I love this post Tasra, it is so helpful to know that uncluttering is not decorating and is not organizing. I love the idea of putting things you love around you, I have that in my home office I keep images of friends and loved ones around me. But I can tell you my editing desk in my other office is a nightmare lol so must get going and unclutter. Thank you for the inspiration will have to check out the book as well.

Well, like most of the others, what grabbed me most was pointing out the distinction of decorating vs uncluttering. However, I'm not sure I can totally run with the idea of uncluttering without organizing. I'm concerned that if I don't do some organizing, my uncluttered area won't stay uncluttered for long.

What did I learn? That you're into photography AND you're a homeschooling mom, like me. LOL! (I just discovered you and this series tonight.)
