You've got to take this test specifically designed for women. Just click on the "Start" button below. It will give you insight into your primary and secondary strengths. My number 1? Big surprise: Teacher. Number 2? Advisor. Hmm, maybe Mr. Buckingham is on to something here. The results were pretty on target. Would you agree?

I've read other books by Marcus Buckingham and always have been inspired. After taking this test, I'm looking forward to reading Find Your Strongest Life: What the Happiest and Most Successful Women Do Differently The Strong Life Test for Women

    Hi Tasra. so, I took the Strong Life test and I agree that it is pretty much on target! Thanks for sharing this! Here’s my outcome:
    My Lead Role: Motivator
    You begin by asking:
    ‘How can I raise the energy?’
    You are acutely aware of the energy in the room, and you feel compelled to do what you can to elevate it. You do this with your outlook—you are an instinctively optimistic person.

    Your infectious energy

    Don’t get sucked dry by emotional vampires

    Any job where you’re paid to keep a group of people excited.
    And my Supporting Role:Influencer

    Hi Tasra, This was pretty cool. I took the test and I see how it lines up with me, and the things I want to pursue.
    So my lead role: Pioneer : Best quality willingness to risk.
    Always: Seek out situations where things become obsolete very quickly
    Be Careful you: Don’t move so quickly that you gain a reputatuion as a dilettane.
    Smartest Career move: Any job your paid to build something out of nothing.
    Supporting role: Motivator, Best quality: Your infectious energy
    Always: Step in and take responsibility for the group
    Be careful you: don’t get sucked in by emotional vampires
    Smartest Career move: Any job where you get paid to keep a group of people motivated.
    I can see this in the way I work at my job. Very interesting.

    Wow Carol, your results are a bit surprising to me. I don’t know that I would have pegged you a pioneer, but I think that is fantastic! What an incredible skill to have. So what are you forging forward with in your life right now?
